For Diploma to Degree Merit cum Means Half Tuition Fee Waiver:

 

a) The scheme is applicable to Diploma to Degree B. Tech. students securing admission in the third semester of the current Academic Year, with effect from their fourth semester.

 

b) The total Annual Income (from all Sources) of the student’s family should not be exceeding Rs. 8.00 Lacs.

 

c) A student seeking such scholarship will have to apply after the announcement of result of end sem. exam of the third semester in a prescribed form, provided he/she secures minimum 6.5 CPI thereat. Authentic information e.g. family income, etc. shall have to be furnished by the student in the application. The list of the students offerable the scholarship for the fourth semester will be on merit based (common for all batches) on CPI obtained at the end sem. exam. of the third semester. The continuation of the scholarship in subsequent semesters shall subject to minimum 6.5 CPI in the end sem. exam. of the previous semester, besides fulfillment of other norms e.g. regular attendance, disciplined and exemplary behaviour.

 

d) The student must not be getting any other financial assistance e.g. fellowship/ freeship/ scholarship from any other source.
