The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience was founded in 1948. IAESTE is an independent, non-profit and non-political student exchange organization. It provides students in technical degrees with paid, course-related, training abroad. Including India there are 82 other members of the IAESTE family. Since then IAESTE has been a part of India and is parting a platform to many in India as well as abroad. Their main aim is to help members realize their dreams and to facilitate the exchange of ideas- both technical as well as cultural, by connecting students from various countries and hence cultures. IAESTE has shared a platform for more than 300,000 students over years and has helped them live their dream.
