Eligibility Criteria:
Technical Criteria: |
The Bidder should have completed (either Construction or Development) a Similar Project meeting following parameter
- at least 15,000 sq.m., Commercial/ Residential built up space in the last 5 years, in a Single Project; or
- at least totalling 20,000 sq.m., Commercial/ Residential built up space in the last 5 years, through a maximum of 3 Projects, with minimum 5,000 sq.m. built-up space for each project
