Mrs. Shiny Rosy is currently working as a lecturer in Drilling and Well Completion at School of Petroleum Technology, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. She has done Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Technical University of Clausthal, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany in 2007. She has done her specialization in Drilling and Production. Her M.S project was in Well Planning and Environmental Safety in Valendis Reservoir and thesis was in improving productivity through Matrix Acidizing treatments in the Rotliegendes Gas reservoir in North West Germany.

Teaching interest: Drilling, Well Completion, production, Well Stimulation, Petroleum refining and Petrochemicals.

Research interest: Hydraulic Stimulation, Matrix Acidizing treatments, Intelligent well technology.
