Dr. Shanti Suman has completed his Graduation, Post-Graduation and Ph. D. in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. Dr. Suman was awarded with BHU Research Scholarship for his Doctoral Course of Study from the Department of Psychology, BHU. He had worked as a Junior Research Fellow in a Major Research Project in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kharagpur, funded by D.S.T., New Delhi for two and a half years and, also had worked as a Project Fellow in the U.G.C. funded Major Research Project in the Department of Psychology, BHU for one year. He has a number of published research papers in national and international journals of repute and has presented his research papers in various national and international conferences held in India. He also got an opportunity to present one of his research papers in an international conference held in Berlin, Germany. Apart from various research experiences, Dr. Suman has two years of teaching experience in undergraduate as well as post-graduate courses in Mody Institute of Technology and Science, Lakshamangarh, Rajasthan.
