Dr. Satish Pandey is currently working with Institute of Petroleum Management Gandhinagar as Associate Professor in Organizational Behaviour & HRM area, since August 2007. Prior to joining IPMG, he has worked with reputed institutions like Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad (MICA, Nirma Institute of Management Ahmedabad and BITS-Pilani. He has around 14 years teaching and research experience at various institutions. He has presented papers in national and international academic conferences; and published papers in refereed journals like Vikalpa, Decision, Vision, Indian Journal of Industrial Relations and business magazines like The Smart Manager and, Indian Management. His latest research publications are on topics related to stress management, personality, organizational culture, organizational turnaround, organizational learning and behaviour change communication.
