Dr. Akash Patel is B. Com. Gold medalist from Gujarat University. He completed his Post Graduation with distinction and Diploma in Taxation Laws and Practice from The M. S. University of Baroda. His Ph. D. is in the area of Environmental Management. He has more than 9 years of academic experience.

Dr. Patel has four publications to his credit in journals and as chapters in books. He has presented 15 research papers in national and international seminars and conferences. He has also developed two case studies in the areas of management. He has participated in Management Teachers’ Programs and workshops organized by IIM- Lucknow, IIM- Indore, Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, MICA, etc. He is also life member of Gujarat University Area Accounting Teachers’ Association. He has also conducted a Training Program on TQM in Banking Industry with special focus on Cost Cutting in Banking Industry.
