Project Title: Investigation of key factors to efficiency improvement in low cost Kesterite (CZTS) thin-film solar cells

Post: Junior Research Fellow (one)

Duration: Initially for two years. Depending on the progress he/she will be upgraded to SRF for third year.

Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics/ Electronics/ Materials Science/ Optoelectronics) and NET/GATE qualified.

Fellowship: Rs.16000/+ HRA
